Be thankful for the closed doors, detours and road blocks.... they were keeping you from places you don't belong.

What love does and doesn't do. Actions speak the truth, where the words try to deceive and confuse. Pay attention to all of it and what lies in between. Whoever needs to hear this today... Good things DO happen, LOVE is REAL and you're going to be okay! Are you ready? Truly ready? Are you sure? With the next breath, LET IT GO! The journey you are on isn't about where you end up, it's about how you got there! No matter how far you travel in the wrong direction... you can still TURN AROUND! He whispered to her, what’s stopping you? She stood there, frozen for a few moments as she searched for the answers. Staring off into the distance, she appeared to be calm, but her mind was racing. What’s stopping me, she kept repeating over and over in her head. She hoped that like a rabbit, it would pop out of it’s hutch and quickly reveal itself, but it didn’t. It was just a moment but it felt like an eternity of searching in those tiny minutes that passed by. Her mind was all over the place. Thoughts came and went like a fierce tornado ripping through the space within her mind. Quickly, she would acknowledge and dismiss and sometimes even try to justifying the thoughts that came and went. As hard as she tried, none could truly be reason enough to keep her from her most sacred of dreams. He leaned in and placed his hand on her back and suddenly the tornado slowed and the dance halted. He whispered again, Have you found it? With a sudden acknowledgement of what had just taken place, she smiled and said, yes. It’s me. I am the only thing stopping me. I wanted it to be so many other things, but every thought that felt legit, was nothing more than an excuse and I was the one creating those excuses. Isn’t it crazy, how amazingly powerful our minds are. We have the ability to invent, create, experience and destroy an endless array things with our thoughts alone. We create the blockages and we also have the ability to remove them. The question should really be… Are you ready to step forward? ~Waya
