Meditation isn't about emptying the mind, it's more about training the mind to focus. In this example, I use numbers... but you can use any object you can imagine. Letters, colors, balls of light, doors, windows, whatever you like.

Thank you so much this was extremely helpful. I have always been extremely confused about what really is meditation and what to do. I never knew if I was doing it right or not. But as you talked through the video about the numbers I started Invisioning it immediately and I understood where you were going with it. Thank you for this this was the most helpful example/explanation of meditation ive ever read or heard. On a side note this clarifies what I've been doing is pretty accurate but this helps alot more. Thank you again have a great day waya.
