Mon. Dec. 12 – Refresher Course

My journey and even our journey of healing has been long and hard. Today, I take a look back at a few of the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Vibes don’t lie, know your worth and be ok with saying no and walking away.  ​

Tues. Dec. 13 – Refocusing your Energy

Looking back at where we’ve been and all we have over come along with what we’ve accomplished. It’s time now to refocus, but first you must decide where that focus will go. Create yourself little reminders to read daily. ​

Wed. Dec. 14 – Tracing the Roots

So often on my journey I felt a little broken, like something was missing. I had to trace down many roots to get to the source, deal with that trauma and then learn how to release it. Trace back your own roots, do the necessary work… and move forward.

Thurs. Dec. 15 – 2023 Sneak Peek

How about a sneak peek at 2023? Here’s a little overview of the predictions for the coming months. Next year can be a wonderful year, if you allow it. Pay attention to where your focus goes.

Fri. Dec. 16 –  2023 Plan of Action

We have spent the week looking back, with a little sneak peek yesterday of what’s to come… now is the time to start working on your plan of focus as we move forward into the New Year! Don’t sit and let the tide take you out, push forward and plant your feet firmly on land to move ahead! ​​
