Tues. March 21 – Changes BIG and SMALL

Most people associate the word “CHANGE” with big, life altering changes, but let’s not leave out the small changes over time that add up to something big. You are not who you once were, small changes over time have brought you to where you are now.  ​

Wed. March 22 – Selfcare Reminder

Don’t forget to say NO to anything that doesn’t fit you. Make sure you hold space for your own wellbeing. Selfcare is very important. You’ve got this!

Thurs. March 23 – Processing Transformation

We go through a lot of changes in our life. It’s a good practice to take a look back from time to time, to see how far you’ve come. I found that my daily readings helped ME as much as it hopefully helped others. Journaling or vlogging what you’re going through is a great way to process the changes taking place.

Fri. March 24 – Selfcare Day

This weekend take a day or 2 for yourself! Go have fun, enjoy life! The chores can wait… go have adventures, laugh, smile and LIVE!! ​
