Understanding your emotions and where they come from is huge! So many things can trigger different emotional responses. Our emotions can get out of control from past experiences and not what is happening in the moment. Be mindful of your emotions and what triggers you.

This couldn't be more right on. Last night started feeling this way and this morn much more intense , and yes, trying to sort it out where it's all coming from. Triggers from old issues that's for sure. This morn I really feel like I'm in fight or flight mode...fighting to make sense of it and the unfortunate feeling of fighting for my sanity, which seems so much bigger than it really is. Thanks for validating
