The energy from Sunday’s full moon is finally coming down and it brings a more somber feeling. Grounding is a must! How do you release the energy you pick up throughout your day? Grounding cleanses us from that energy and helps us balance and recharge.

Hey... for some reason Thursday grounding video won’t load up.. freezes like its a glitch or something.i am a member. Can watch other videos.. just this one is messed up.

Good Morning! Just wanted to let you know I sit here and click "like" and then after I listen to the videos, I forget if I've clicked "like". My memory seems to be somewhat iffy. So I just wanted to let you know I always click like, so if it looks like an unlike or not clicked at all, it's because I've just forgotten. Thanks!

I try to do this every day ,And yes it works very well for me.I Go barefooted for at least a few minutes in the yard and feel the earth pulling that negative energy from me. And helps to reconnect for a moment with nature and all its beautiful magic. Thank you for this reminder.
