The life lesson for the day is patience with self and your own personal healing. I am number one to say I have been most impatient with myself when it comes to my own healing. Being away of the healing you need is the first step.

It was so good to hear these words today. Healing is such a hard thing i am trying to let myself do. mine is a child leaving the nest and the alone feeling. i have been through so much with this child and am having the hardest time letting go. i dont know what i wanted to do with myself or what i wanted to be when i no longer had kids. so a loss is a loss in the heart so i really needed to hear your words today. Blessings to your heart as we have so much to be thankful for but sometimes its hard to see when your hurting. deep breaths and peace come right?
