​Tues. Dec. 1 – Shedding the Darkness

Keep your thoughts clear. Focus on what you want to create. We are all in the process of shedding. Be kind to yourself and others. You have no idea what others are going through as you are also going through some things of your own. This process is necessary as we move toward the Winter Solstice. Today, I have a meditation to help you remove the darkness, release the negative energy and allow healing. Do this as much as you need to over the next few weeks.
