​Tues. Nov. 19 – Breaking the Cycle

Tricky day for me. Forgetting the history of what has happened on this day for me and changing my mindset to break the cycle!! The old will NOT come back around again!!! So often we accidentally put out negative energy for situations that haven’t even happened yet. We need to be constantly aware of our energy, our thoughts, our words and of course our actions… strive to keep them positive!
