Remember to breathe through this intense energy. Everything you are releasing right now, is happening to get you to a better place. In order to embrace a NEW beginning, we must shed everything the past has piled on top of us. Allow those things to fall away naturally. Figure out the source of each emotion, deal with it and let it go. One by one you will find yourself feeling more and more free.
