I want to say thank you for these meditations and also I apologize because I keep forgetting these are in here. I'm in such a habit with using the meditations on my phone I tend to forget these....and I love this one which I just listened to. I am going to try and remember these more often. I love the voice and the accent of the voice with this meditation. It is calming and makes me smile in the end. I just wanted to say thank you
